All of our teams of men and women of all ages succeeded in climbing to the summit of Everest and other peaks, also our friendly groups trekked to the beautiful basecamp. I am involved in volunteer projects with the Mount Everest Foundation for Sustainable Development, giving back to local people and environments. We are celebrating our team's success in 2013 while planning exciting adventures for 2014.

RECENT NEWS - ANOTHER SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL YEAR:

During 2013 I led our fun and successful team of men and women of all ages to the summit of Everest in two groups, one ‘fast’ and one ‘slow’ group for a 100% success rate. Our Everest training climb was a grand achievement; members reached camp 3 on the Nepal South Col side & North Col on the Tibet side. Our Everest basecamp treks were super fun. Our Aconcagua team ‘7-summited’ the highest summit on the continent of South America. The Mount Elbrus Team enjoyed this classic 7-Summit. We had an exhilarating Island Peak expedition and Everest View Glacier School. Our Cho Oyu team summited successfully, with our expert Sherpas fixing much of the rope. Our Mera Peak group worked together well to achieve success and our Baruntse team was the first one this year to climb atop this remote summit. Our Ama Dablam team have also just reached the summit. This means our 2013 climbs, treks, and expeditions have achieved a 100% successful and safe season. Thanks to the leaders, Sherpas, members, families, colleagues, sponsors, and friends who made this possible. Please see www.SummitClimbNews.com and www.SummitTrekNews.com

CHARITY/NON-PROFIT NEWS: Our team gathered water quality samples in villages near Everest basecamp. We’re working with a special laboratory that identifies trace amounts of caffeine and ibuprofen in order to track human effects on water supplies. This is all part of a quest to improve the treatment of waste from Everest basecamp. Also a team of licensed engineers surveyed Nepal's oldest convent, with an eye to rebuilding this historic landmark, located in the shadow of Mount Everest. Please see www.CleaningUpMountEverest.org and www.DebocheProject.org . We just finished a "service-trek" to remote Nepal where the members delivered needed medicines, educational supplies, teaching, and medical care to a far away village where tourists never tread. Please visit www.ServiceTrekNews.com .
